• A living room with 6-seat sofa. TV, DVD player.
• A dining area with 6 chairs.
• A bedroom with a double bed and 1 large wardrobe.
• A bedroom with bunk beds and a chest of drawers.
• A mezzanine with sliding wardrobes, a double bed, and a trundle bed (4 sleeping spaces possible). Hi-fi system and Wi-Fi.
• Separate WC.
• Small utility local with vacuum cleaner, iron, and ironing board.
• A large balcony with table, chairs, sun loungers.
• Panoramic views of the Aravis mountain range from throughout the living room and kitchen.
• An open garage with a wardrobe + 2 parking spaces.
RENTAL PERIOD

The tenant acknowledges that the premises covered by this agreement are rented on a temporary basis only and that the duration of this rental is granted and accepted without the possibility of renewal.

The rental is for personal use only; no assignment or subletting is permitted.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
A security deposit of €60 will be required upon check-in. It will be returned in full upon departure if no damage is found.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
The tenant acknowledges having holiday insurance covering any damage incurred during their stay on the premises.
The premises must be returned in the same condition as they were found. The owner may claim compensation in the event of missing items, damage, or if the number of occupants does not comply with the agreement.
If the premises are not cleaned upon departure, a flat fee of €60 will be charged.
The rental includes the provision of duvets, quilts, pillows, crockery, and cookware. Bed linen is not provided; however, it may be requested at the time of booking at a cost of €20 per bed.
In the event of an unexpected breakdown of any household appliance, a repair technician will be called as soon as possible, without this giving rise to any reduction in the rental price.
The tenant may not assign all or part of the rental, nor sublet.
The tenant must be able to provide proof of civil liability insurance covering damage caused to the rented premises and to third parties. In the event of a dispute regarding the execution of this agreement, the parties agree that the competent court shall be that of Bonneville.
